I've been terrible at keeping this blog updated. This is in part to do with being super busy and in part to do with not quite having figured out how to used this excessively simple web-site building Weebly technology. Don't they know some of us use Windows Vista and are used to having to fight to get things to work?
Anyway I'll try and update as to recent happenings but first I thought I'd share a game I've just creatred with the world. It's called Rubber Motor Push, it's a game to play on the way home from a night out and here are the rules:
On the way back from a night out you pick a point on your way home to start counting the number of motorbikes, push bikes and rubber bands you can see. You count the number of motorbikes on your right hand, the number of push bikes on your left and and you pick up the rubber bands and put them in you pocket.
A perfect score is 5 of each. Mopeds count as half a motorbike, and rubber bands can carry over from pervious games. My score tonight was 2.5 motorbikes, 5 push bikes and 3 rubber bands (two carried over from a previous game I didn't even know I was playing.
The tricky bits are deciding where to start counting, not spotting a moped once you've managed to spot 5 motorbikes and doing all of this looking and counting after a few bevvies on a Friday.
If you live in the countryside you can play this game with tractors, and er... badgers
Here's a song I've just heard on Bob Harris' Radio 2 Show that sums it all up.... not the game, but life itself:
